I think our stay was okay. I just have a few feedback which i want to give as something that will encourage the property to improve in some processes. ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN Arrival is good. Rooms were available so there was not much waiting time. ROOMS The hotel room is a bit dated. I don't like staying in small rooms and being a hotelier myself, i expect a lot from the properties i stay in. The Suites were a refreshing sight having coming from the hotel room. As you know i upgraded both rooms to suite rooms. My mom's room was well prepares and thanks for that. However, in my room the TV was not plugged (power source and cable) and obviously not set up properly. We had to set it up ourselves only to find out the TV is not working well. We reported it twice, the first time, they said the battery of the remote was just loose so they just adjusted it and gave it back to us. The second time, they finally said 'pagpasira na po ang tv ganyan po talaga, yung controls nagkakadefect na.' And the same lady who checked it the first time said it! A simple apology would have sufficed. Disappointing. EXTRA DINNER ORDER I am not sure if you remember but i advised for an extra order for dinner. Instead of getting 6 food packs, Only 5 were delivered. i had to call back reception only to find out that they sent it to another room (who claims they also ordered an extra food pack). I would have appreciated it if they were proactive enough to call me ahead instead of me calling to find out for myself. FIRST AID ASSISTANCE My mom had an accident in the small zipline area. Medic was quite fast to respond and treated my mom. However, knowing that she fell off from the zipline, he did not probe further if she feels anything else other than the injury. being in her 60s, i want to make sure that the places we go to are safe. I would have thought he'd ask if she feels anything hurting upon the fall. CHECK-OUT I like the cashless check out procedure.

All the recreation options

The entire place could do some maintenance specially the rooms and toilets. I didn’t like that fact that all the staffs go for lunch all at the same time. We wanted to maximize our stay and by closing for an hour during lunch we feel it’s too long of an idle. It would be great to also have a 24 hour kitchen, or extend the hours of the kitchen to accommodate hungry guests late night.

Cleanliness and the accommodating staff.

We had to walk far to reach the boat terminal. Since there is no jeepney available that time. Expect limited transpo outside as well. But overall stay was good. It is also my first time to ride a boat.

The pool is not well maintain anymore. Dirty. The food is expensive and only few choices they don't refill. Sucks! Before the palce was good now is a disaster. Waste of money!

The hospitality and the place's serene environment.

Improve some old facilities and the air conditioning units. Also some amenities can still be improved.

I like the staff in the canteen especially JM and nilo. Very accommodating and friendly. What is lacking in the amenities, the staff compensated it with their friendly assistance.

The facilities. The phone line is not working. I have to use my personal number whenever i need assistance. So from mobile number i have to call the hotline 6321010 so someone can assist me. Very expensive

We paid 1500/person but we only get 1 towel for each room :( no complimentary water as the bottled water is only for members as per their staff. Its not value for money. When you pay 1500/person, you expect more. The food is so so for 400/pax. Overall, i will not recomment this to a friend. We can check-in in other resort hotels for the same price and get a more satisfactory service.

No complimentary water in the room, we asked for it but staff said bottled waters are only for members, if you're not a member you won't have a complimentary water. We only have 1 towel in the room, we paid for 15,900 at 1500/person and we share only 1 towel in the room :( Not value for money :(

No communication between booking.com and the hotel. They didn't know we were coming. no shuttle to bring us to our car when we reached the pier. The reception staff is unfriendly and didn't inform us about anything (WiFi...). The food at the snack was low quality. No juices available.

Nature

Breakfast strictly 7am-8am only. No shampoos in the room. Only one swimming pool was open during our stay. Activities aren’t free. Fun is only when you pay for the extras. I had food poisoning from the spaghetti at the snackbar.

The place is great for family bonding. Slip and slide & pinoy slide was fun..

The water in our room smells like from the sewer, The ride is a bit expensive for one try, Most of the freebies are not there. Ball was deflated, the soap that they used for slip and slide came from someone who litteraly washed their clothes using the water.

I like the hot soup served per meal.

I've been here last 2014 and the air you breathe was still good. But now, all we could smell is the horse poop. Hope they could attend to clean those poops all over the place.

bunk bed is facing to comfort room were this a foul odor coming from the lavatory sink. other facility not working. Canteen workers wear sandos and short during serving of foods.

The staff are good..

The room blanket and covers are very old,and no intercom phone..for that kind of money i pay for the roomi should be having a comfort and cosy room..
